This look was designed around this Maitland-Smith Parquetry Coffee Table. One thing is for sure when it comes to incorporating a Maitland-Smith piece in your home, they bring timeless style and quality craftsmanship that is simply unmatched. With its hand planed parquet top and scalloped detailing, this coffee table is loaded with all the old-world charm we love.
To elevate this look even further, we’ve paired this contemporary chandelier with linen shades. The soft lines bring a graceful touch that pairs beautifully with the scallop trim on the coffee table.
Next, we’ve added a few decorative elements which can easily be mixed in with our vintage accents for a collected feel.
The framed art brings in a subtle touch, and would be beautiful layered with a mirror or as part of a gallery wall. We love the thin black and gold frame for a simple and sophisticated design.
For added earthy texture, we’ve added this olive green basketweave pillow, aged creole pot, and stunning horn box. These pieces work together to bring the lived-in feel and found aesthetic we love and appreciate.
